The rates shown on the website are for informational purposes only, are individual, and do not apply to groups or promotions. All requests are subject to availability and change without notice. Rates are expressed in US dollars and payable at the exchange rate of the day. The rate can be guaranteed with an initial deposit, agreed upon with your travel executive. Rates are expressed in low season, don´t apply in congress, convention, fair, festival, sporting event, carnival, religious event, Holy Week, Easter Week, summer, Christmas, New Year's Eve and any other event that generates a cost increase. If you wish to change or cancel one or more services, it will be subject to availability and a recalculation rates, with applicable charges depending on the date. Exists restrictions with confirmation on the number of triple rooms per departure (maximum 2). A passport valid for at least seven months after the return date of your trip is required to make reservations or purchase services with us. This does not include, but is not limited to, immigration documents such as visas, permits for minors traveling without a parent or guardian, health permits, vaccinations, licenses, etc. Travel and Fly Operadora, S.A. de C.V. disclaims any responsibility for generating refunds, changes, returns, or compensation if any of the aforementioned permits or documents are missing. Travel and Fly Operadora, S.A. de C.V. acts as an intermediary and therefore disclaims responsibility for cancellations, blockades, work stoppages or strikes, changes in flight schedules and/or for connections within the republic related to airlines, with mentioned changes if they were not purchased with the agency, as well as in ground services derived from demonstrations, climatic and/or natural storms, problems of a governmental nature, epidemics and/or pandemics. If you purchase a package that includes airfare, once issued, the ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be changed; please consult with your travel agent. Once the total program cost has been paid, the following cancellation policies apply: Cancellation 30 days before departure: 25% of the land-services portion cost Cancellation 21 days before departure: 50% of the land-services portion cost Cancellation 10 days before departure: 75% of the land-services portion cost Cancellation less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the land-services portion cost.
